We produced casting bentonite applied to the wet type, dry type, dry type, high-pressure type such as a different process cast steel, cast iron production. Main features are:
(1) by adding small quantities, high intensity;
(2) good air permeability;
(3) hot wet tensile strength of high ability of anti-coarse;
(4) heat is good;
(5) a good reusability. Used as core sand binder, sand can have a good process performance, improve casting surface finish to ensure the casting quality, increase yield. In recent years, the company has developed and produced a new type of sodium bentonite and bentonite casting efficiency with superior integrated process performance, is the ideal binder for foundry sand.
